walk3imageGet moving Michigan! Time to take a walk for your health and smile as you walk! Break out the tunes and sing a song as you walk today!


In 2004, the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services, declared the first Friday of each April to be celebrated as National Walk to Work Day. This day, was created to inspire Americans, where ever possible, to walk to work. If it is not possible to walk to work, you are encouraged to walk 30 minutes at a time that is opportune for you.
